This is a promo the Chinese Paladin cast (they made a TV show for a popular RPG game in china) to promote Fantasy Zhuxian, from what I read, is the cartoon version of Jade Dynasty by Perfect World. Hopefully this will be released in english sometime, but if you do want to see a good rpg-turned show, check out Chinese Paladin 1 and 3. http://www.ancientchinese.net/
